Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer, we’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Please note these are estimates, delivery times may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Neurodivergent Friends is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees (including tariffs, duties, and customs charges) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at: info@neurodivergentfriends.com within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.
