We hope you love your order! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided:

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened books (unless defective)
Returns Process

Email us at info@neurodivergentfriends.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the replacement item.
